Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 May 2026
These terms apply to your use of the website electricpoint.help and, together with a signed proposal or engagement letter, to event management services provided by Electric Point Events Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202101038427 (1432876-P)) of Level 12, Wisma Cempaka, 16 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
1. Use of this website
The content of this site is provided for general information about our services. You may browse, link to and quote brief extracts from the site with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions of the content, scrape the site, or use it in a way that disrupts its operation or misrepresents our work as your own.
2. Information accuracy
We keep the site current, but details such as indicative pricing, service scope and case descriptions may change without notice. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; all engagements are confirmed by written proposal.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. Proposals we issue remain valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and are confidential to the recipient.
4. Engagement of services
Event management services are governed by the specific terms in your signed proposal, including scope, fees, payment schedule and cancellation provisions. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed proposal prevails. Standard engagements require a deposit to secure dates, with the balance payable per the agreed milestone schedule.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely approvals, accurate guest information and access to venues or materials needed for the production. Delays in approvals may affect timelines and costs, which we will always flag in writing before they are incurred.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable components already committed to venues and suppliers, are set out in each proposal and summarised in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Creative concepts, designs and production documents we prepare remain our property until full payment, after which agreed deliverables transfer to the client. We may photograph events we produce for portfolio use unless the client requests otherwise in writing — discretion requests are always honoured.
8. Liability
We carry public liability insurance for all productions. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, government restrictions or venue closures; in such cases we work with clients to reschedule or restructure.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
